Our range of products.

We provide five distinct product options, tailored to provide an ideal solution for your client's unique needs.

Lump Sum

Our Lump Sum Lifetime Mortgage allows your client to release a one-off tax-free cash sum to spend how they want. This is a great option if they want to access funds immediately and do not need to access additional funds in the future.


Our Drawdown Lifetime Mortgage allows your client to release a smaller initial lump sum and hold the rest of the funds in reserve. This provides greater flexibility and ensures that the interest does not roll up on the unused funds until they are withdrawn.

Fee Paid

Our Fee Paid products are available as both a Drawdown or a Lump Sum. For an initial £500 application fee, your client can secure a lower rate on both the initial release and any subsequent drawdowns.


Our Premier range is best suited for high property values and high releases. Our products are available as Lump Sum and Drawdown, subject to the criteria below:

  • Minimum loan £100,000
  • Maximum loan £2,000,000
  • Minimum property value £2,000,001
  • There is no maximum value and properties are considered on a case-by-case basis.


Our Cashback products can be used to further reduce the cost of borrowing for your clients in circumstances whereby a competitor has a lower rate of interest. For more information about eligibility for our Cashback products, please contact our Business Development Team.

Product flexibility.

Our products have a number of features, providing great options and benefits for you and your client.

Fixed and defined early repayment charges.

We offer early repayment charges (ERCs) that are fixed for 15 years, gradually decreasing during that time. We believe that by offering defined ERCs, your clients can enter into an agreement with us safe in the knowledge that if they need to redeem their loan early, then they will know the charges from the outset.

Secure lower rates.

Our products are designed to offer flexibility and are tailored to meet a range of client needs at market-leading interest rates. Our Fee Paid option allows access to a lower rate of interest for a £500 fee.

Partial repayments.

Our flexible approach to repayments can offer even more flexibility for your clients. We allow payments of up to 10% of the initial amount borrowed over as many as 12 payments per year. Of course, there is no obligation for your clients to service their interest, so the decision to do this is at their full discretion.

Notification of client activity.

Once a case has completed with us, we will keep you informed of any client activity. This includes if they take a Drawdown or want to port their loan. This keeps you updated and can help to strengthen future relationships with your clients.

Front-end underwriting.

We understand that you want quick and efficient processes. That is why we have designed our applications portal to provide you with an instant decision in principle on submission of an application. Our Business Development Team will review your cases pre-application to give you an indication as to whether or not your case will be accepted.

Wider eligibility criteria.

We want to help as many people as possible enjoy the retirement they deserve. That is why we are constantly reviewing and enhancing our lending criteria to help even more of your clients achieve their retirement dreams.

To be eligible for equity release your client can:

  • Have a flat roof up to 50%.
  • Release equity between £10,000 and £2,000,000.
  • Have a minimum property value of £125,000.
